Hot Cakes5
This thing sells like hot cakes. It performs so well on the market because it offers tremendous value to the user. It is rated in one of the best-selling products of the electronics category of Amazon.com. Can’t go wrong if you’re buying the iconic Apple iPod classic 120GB. If you’re looking to buy it as a gift and need it for express delivery internationally, you can send to Dubai, UAE using http://www.kentessa.com/electronics.php/ . But if you’re buying in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, France, or China, then my advice would be to stick with Amazon.com for timely delivery and unparalled service.

Apple iPods are a joke… look elsewhere for quality and function!2
I have two iPods (one a Nano) but the BIGGEST problem is the software. This is iTunes and it is a horrible interface. The first problem with the interface is it is difficult to use. The ridiculous rights management function is the BUGGEST joke of the whole process. Then the iPod itself is wrought with problems… like locking up and buttons not working. The screen is okay but the wheel is a joke… it doesn’t last, and then the button function at each of the four points won’t respond. Now lets talk about cost. Remeber Sony Betamax?!? Yup, iPod is going the same direction! Expensive and locked by proprietary ridgidity. It’s not cool, clever, or artsy… it’s just expensive and restrictive. SO, IN SHORT iPOD MISSES ON EVERY TEST OF VALUE! BOYCOTT APPLE iANYTHING. JUST PLANE LAME!

Trouble with older iPod adapters3
I bought this with a Kenwood KCA-iP500 iPodĀ® Control Interface Control your iPod with your Kenwood receiver to replace my aging and unfortunately no longer supported Music Keg. The iPod by itself is fine, but as it turns out, there are compatibility with older adapters, including the Kenwood one. It won’t charge, it sometimes shows as ejected when you turn the radio on, and it apparently runs down the iPod battery overnight sometimes. Success probably depends on which adapter, but I would not recommend getting this or any new iPod for use on an older adapter. Certainly not for the Kenwood offering.
